2022 Year in Review
Overall 2022 was a very boring year for us financially. Our retirement portfolio remained virtually unchanged (down 1.6%). Although this is definitely nothing to brag about we faired relatively well compared to the TSX (down 8.66%) and the S&P (down 19.4%). Despite the small decrease in our investment portfolio our net worth squeaked out a small gain of $19,414 due primarily to $16,000 of new money being added as well as a decrease in our liabilities on the rental properties.
