COMMENTARY: This month we paid approx. $2,000 to have some work done on the rentals but than that everything was quiet. ASSETS. COMMENTARY: Nothing too extreme in May however we did have to spend a few thousand on repairs at the rentals. I've also increased the estimated selling prince of rentals 1, 3 and 4 as I haven't seen any comparable properties sell for that low in over a year. ASSETS.
