Retirement Portfolio Net Worth - 2020 Year End

The goal is a retirement portfolio net worth of $1,000,000 and an annual passive income of $40,000. We are currently mortgage free but won’t be including the value of our principal residence or cottage as we have no plans to sell either. We have also omitted the value of our workplace defined benefit pension plans and our children’s RESP. Although  we didn't contribute any new money this month our portfolio net worth was up $10,195. This increase was caused solely by the increase in stock market values. ASSETS Dec  Contributions : $0 Retirement Portfolio: $544,079 up  $7,385  (stock market increase) Rental Property #1: $105,000 (estimated selling price) Rental Property #2: $205,000 (estimated selling price) Rental Property #3: $230,000 (purchase price) Total Retirement Assets: $1,084,079 (up $7 ,385) LIABILITIES : Rental Property Loan #1: $52,714 (down $1,277) Rental Property Loan #2: $134,019 (down $1,639) Rental Property Loan #3: $204,037 (down $2,239) Total Liabilities: $390,770

This increase was caused solely by the increase in stock market values..
