Retirement Portfolio Net Worth - As of Apr4-2024

 The goal:

1. Retirement Equity Portfolio of $1,000,000
2. Passive income from Rental Portfolio of $70,000
3. Annual Passive Income of $100,000 (rental income + dividends combined)

We are currently mortgage free but won’t be including the value of our principal residence or cottage as we have no plans to sell either. We have also omitted the value of our workplace defined benefit pension plans and children’s RESP.

COMMENTARY:
We did a bit of work on the rentals over the last couple of months but other than that no major changes. The market are rebounding and our retirement portfolio grew by $41,672 (including a $9,300 contribution).
