Well this month was a good month primarily because of the overall rise in the markets.  However, I anticipate that October, November and December will be the best months of 2017 for us. This is due to a number of factors. Number one, my wife returned to work full time in September after taking an unpaid leave for the summer. Number two, we're finished all the renovations on the rental house and all the utilities and mortgage payments are now being fully paid for by the tenants.  Number three, a lot of our expenses are front loaded for the year ie- house and cottage taxes, insurance for recreational vehicles, cottage insurance, Christmas present bills etc....
